Things to consider when choosing your new dock stairs
The whole idea of the stairs is to remove the need to pull your body up out of the water before climbing up and out.
The Dock Stairs allow you to swim up and stand while still in the water, then easily exit up the stairs. Very little strain is put on the body; no lifting or pulling up and out is necessary.
Therefore, at least 4 steps should be fully submerged in the water. The distance from the surface of your dock to the top of the water will determine which size stair you require.
The deeper the steps go, the easier getting out will be.
